RETURNS and EXCHANGES
If you wish to return your purchase for any reason, please wrap return securely. ALL EXCHANGES MUST BE MADE WITHIN 30 DAYS OF RECEIPT. ALL ITEMS FOR EXCHANGE MUST BE UNWORN. ALL ITEMS DAMAGED OR DEFECTIVE MUST BE CLEAN BEFORE RETURNING. Include inside package the packing slip we sent with your order telling us what you desire - Refund, Credit or Exchange. If the packing slip is not available, please include a letter with the exchange information and your receipt. Be sure your package is insured and prepaid. Please remember the time is will take for us to receive your merchandise, [process your request, and ship your order back to you. We do our very best to speed your return back to you. C.O.D.'s are NOT accepted on returns.

DAMAGED GOODS
If your package is damaged in shipment, please save the container and all wrapping. Call UPS and ask for them to come and inspect your package. This will help us process your claim much faster.
